Your data, handled properly.

No fluff, no fine-print games — just a clear account of what Asylic collects from visitors, brands, and creators, and why.

01

Who we are

This policy is issued by Asylic Corporation LLP, an influencer marketing agency headquartered at Sushant Golf City, Lucknow, 226001, Uttar Pradesh, India. It covers asylic.in, our campaign tools, and anything else that links here.

Wherever this says “we,” “us,” or “Asylic,” we mean Asylic Corporation LLP, acting as the data fiduciary for the personal data described below.

02

What we collect

Visitors to our site

Standard technical data — IP address, browser and device type, pages viewed, referring pages — through server logs and analytics. If you use a contact form, request a proposal, or subscribe to updates, we collect the name, email, phone number, and message you give us.

Brand clients

Business contact details, campaign briefs, budgets, and the reporting data needed to run and evaluate a campaign.

Creators & influencer partners

Where a campaign involves sourcing or coordinating with creators, we collect the profile and performance data they share or authorise through platform integrations — public profile details, follower and engagement metrics, and promoted content insights via the Meta Graph API and comparable platform APIs, used strictly to plan, run, and report on campaigns.

We never collect:platform passwords, private messages, or anything a platform's API doesn't explicitly permit us to access under its developer terms.
03

How we use it

  • To respond to enquiries, prepare proposals, and deliver campaigns we're engaged for
  • To match brands with suitable creators and measure reach and performance
  • To send updates you've opted into — and let you opt out any time
  • To keep our site secure and understand how it's used, in aggregate
  • To meet accounting, tax, and other legal obligations as an LLP registered in India

We don't sell personal data, and we don't use creator or client data beyond the campaign relationship it was collected for, without asking first.

05

Sharing & third parties

  • Platform APIsMeta and other platforms, to retrieve campaign and performance data a creator or brand has authorised
  • Service providersHosting, email, and analytics vendors, contractually bound to use data only for the service they provide us
  • Brand partnersAggregated or creator-authorised performance data as part of campaign reporting
  • AuthoritiesWhere disclosure is required by Indian law or valid legal process

We don't share personal data with third parties for their own independent marketing.

06

Cookies

asylic.in uses a small number of cookies: essential ones that keep the site working, and analytics ones that help us understand traffic in aggregate. Block or clear these any time in your browser settings — outside of essential cookies, this won't affect your ability to browse.

07

Retention

Enquiry and newsletter data is kept until you ask us to delete it or unsubscribe. Client and campaign records are retained for the engagement plus the period required for accounting and tax records under Indian law. Creator performance data tied to a specific campaign is kept only as long as needed for reporting, then deleted or anonymised.

08

Security

Access to personal data is restricted to people at Asylic who need it, connections are encrypted in transit, and we review vendors for reasonable security practices. No system is completely secure, so we treat this as ongoing, not a one-time setup.

09
